Nicholas Threlfall BSc FRICS, who following graduation from Portsmouth University, spent the first 8 years of his career with Kent County Council dealing with a full range of professional matters before joining Ward & Partners (subsequently Prudential Commercial) in 1987 as Manager of the Chatham Commercial Office. He is Managing Director of the practice with particular responsibility for agency development and professional matters and client liaison.

Ian Gutteridge FRICS, commenced his professional career with Gravesham Borough Council before joining the Chatham Office of Ward & Partners in 1986 (subsequently Prudential Commercial). He later became Manager of the Canterbury Commercial Office before opening and managing a new office in Dartford. He is company secretary and responsible for agency, development and property management work.

Julian Scannell FRICS IRRV MCIArb, after graduating from Leicester University, commenced his career with Kent County Council in 1975 and joined the valuation Office in 1978. In 1983, he joined Ward & Partners (subsequently Prudential Property Services) becoming Area Director responsible for professional services in North and Mid-Kent. He heads the professional department of the practice and is a member of the RICS panel of Independent Experts

Kevin Dempster MRICS, joined Ward & Partners (subsequently Prudential Commercial) in 1982 and has gained wide experience in all aspects of commercial agency and professional work in the North and Mid-Kent area. He deals with both agency and professional matters.
